STEP
1.Determine the spacing between the two joists, The general spacing is 350mm The spacing can be shortened as requested. Then, drill joists and fix them with expansion screws.
2.When installing composite decking panels, Leave a 10mm gap between your walls / fence to allow for expansion.
3.Fix Starter Clips along the edge of the Joists. Screw in place,and the starter Clips needs to be fixed right in the middle of the keel and screwed in the center notch.
4.Placing the first deck board to start your installation.
5.Repeat this process until the last board. Then comes to the last step, set the edge boards on decking, and fix them with screws, then the installation is complete.
6.Fix Finish Clips along the edge of final edge of the Joists. Screw in place.
NOTE
*Ensure that the ground is level, to avoid unevenness after the decking installation is completed
*Be careful to leave a 5mm gap between each board to prevent thermal expansion and contraction.
*Between the boards and boards, is required to be fixed on the joists and each end needs to be secured with Starter Clip, which is for a board overall force uniformity, to avoid uneven force situation.
