The online wood grain is finished during the production line with a high-temperature roller. The wood grain is vivid and obvious.

Secondly,  it is anti-crack and anti-UV.  Thirdly, they are in long life warranty (15 years warranty, Expected Lifespan over 25 years).  Lastly, it is Low maintenance(no need to paint, easy to clean), etc.

Also, it gives the boards against fading and staining. It consists of recycled plastic and highly dense recycled wood fiber.

Our Factory Introduction

There are up to 20 production lines that can offer you about 45 containers of outdoor composite WPC decking, composite wall cladding, and composite garden fence panels per month. Normally The delivery time for our 3D embossing composite decking is about two weeks. But in busy time, the production time for composite decking or garden fences will be longer.

Per inspection of our products, we will have a special team from inspecting the material to end finished products. Also before shipment, we require our sales manager to inspect the products for all of our clients. Also, they will take photos of the products and email those photos to all our clients. So our clients will know what they get before they receive the containers. Also, we can offer you a live broadcast of the production if you are interested in seeing your orders of composite material.
